Manusela National Park is a conservation area defined by the Letter of the Minister of  Agriculture No.736/Mentan/X/1982 dated October 14, 1982 with an area of 189 000 Ha, SK. Forestry Decree No. 281/Kpts-VI/1997 dated May 23, 1997 and is a national park type C according to the decree. Forestry Decree No. 6186/Kpts-IV/2002 dated June 10, 2002. On 1 February 2007 the status of a national park type B based on Regulation of the Minister of Forestry No. P.03/Menhut-II/2007. This area is a combination of two nature reserves which Nature Reserve and Nature Reserve Wae Wae Nua Nausea and coupled with territorial expansion and Nature Reserves Nature Reserves  Wae Nua Nausea. National Parks Manusela  is geographically located between 129o9′3 “- 129o46′14″ BT and 2o48′24 “- 3o18′24″ LS.

How to achieve location: Manusela National Park can be reached via the northern coast (Sawai and O) or via South coast (Tehoru and Moso).
